I started working with Fridge Spares in March 2021 and haven’t looked back. They are a great group of people to work with who strike the perfect balance between professionalism and fun. The company is focused on its growth and development and have implemented many ideas that originated from a variety of staff. I look forward to being part of the continued growth.

I have had the pleasure of working in Fridge Spares for nearly twenty-four years now. In that time, I have had the privilege of working with some amazing colleagues (both past and present). The management really value their staff and have always been very supportive whether that it is with training, encouraging ideas and feedback or being there during difficult times. There are a number of staff who are here over twenty years which I think speaks for itself. Here’s to another twenty(ish) more!!

Working for FSW for over 20 years has been challenging, rewarding and most importantly fun. The industry has changed a lot during that time, but the company has always been at the forefront enabling it to adapt to whatever challenge it faced. The support and training given has meant that I’m able to keep up to speed with all the new technologies released. Be it in-house training or travelling abroad to our suppliers, FSW make sure we remain as the leaders in our field. There is a great camaraderie amongst all the staff, and everyone looks forward to our social events, activities and company nights out, making it a great place to work with a great bunch of people.

I started working for FSW in April 2021 and the amount I have learned about an industry that was completely new to me is unbelievable. I love working in a place where you learn something new almost daily, every day is like a school day! The support from my colleagues is fantastic from any branch not just Cork. Nice, relaxed atmosphere but everything still gets done which means you can clock out with no stress which is great.
