Job Title: Technical Sales Engineer
Location: Dublin
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Refrigeration Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in refrigeration and HVAC systems,
- Based at our sales office, working with an existing dynamic team & interacting with our customers.
- Manage and expand existing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and operations, to ensure customer needs are met.
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers, including product selection, system design, and installation assistance.
- Elevate your product knowledge to the next level while learning from industry experts and manufacturers of tools, parts & capital equipment.
Work Experience:
5 years Refrigeration & Air Con Engineering industry experience. Commercial knowledge a distinct advantage.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Good Refrigeration & AC knowledge with proven trouble shooting capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Willing to up skill via training.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Capable of a flexible & adaptable approach to work.
